Errors: 1010, 1014, 1016 DHCPServer - An error occurred while accessing the DHCP database

The 1010, 1014, and 1016 errors happen when the DHCP database gets corrupted or locked.

The fix:

Exclude the DHCP folder under windows\system32 from the AV scan
Stop the indexing on the DHCP folder

• right-click on the dhcp folder
• select advanced
• clear the check next to For fast searching, allow the Indexing Service to index this folder
