A basic guide to desktop faxing on a Bizhub c352

Tech jargon intro...
A very basic guide on faxing from a desktop machine to a BizHub c352 document center. In this case, the fax capability of the copier is setup and shared to domain users through group policy with both x86 and x64 drivers added.
The steps...
Open a document. Any document from Word or Excel,  a PDF, PowerPoint slides, or basic images will work. Pretty much anything you can print from your computer will work for faxing. In this case, I used a Word document.

Once you have your document open, (either a new one you typed something in or one that you already had prepared that needs to be faxed) select FILE, then PRINT.

Select the Fax Machine from the drop down list of printers, similar to the process you use when selecting alternate printers for different types of printing needs.

Select OK and a Fax Machine dialogue box shows with spaces for adding a name, fax number, and multiple recipients. Fill out the name and fax number, then select ADD RECIPIENTS. Click OK and your fax will send.

Alternately you could add a Fax Cover Sheet, add common recipients to an address book, and change additional fax settings.

Note that most fax machines have low resolution. If you fax a colored image to another fax machine, it will likely turn out as a black and white grainy image.
